Processing and Handling Times
TEAGO strives to process and handle each order within 1-3 business days. This means your order will be shipped out within this time frame.

Shipping Rates
TEAGO is currently offering free shipping on all orders within Alberta, Canada. Therefore, all the prices listed on Teago.ca include the shipping rate within the listed price.

Shipping Zones
At the moment, we are only able to provide shipping services to the province of Alberta. If you reside outside of Alberta, Canada, please contact us to discuss possible options for delivery.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping and delivery times vary from location to location and from item to item. Once you place an order, and the order has been processed, you will receive an email notification that the order has shipped and will include the tracking info (if available).

Local Orders
Local orders (Edmonton & area only) will be delivered using our own delivery trucks. This service is a curbside only delivery service and will not include a tracking number. However, the order will be delivered to you much quicker than using a freight service. Orders outside of the local area will be shipped using a trusted freight company.
